Steve Yoon, the owner, began his career in land investment after purchasing an unbuildable land that was rejected by the county for a building permit. Through this experience, he developed the expertise to identify and maximize the value of underutilized land. Steve is dedicated to finding win-win solutions for all parties involved and is highly regarded by local builders as a problem solver.

As a result of his struggle to find the right land, Northern Heights Land was born. Our mission is to find the best use of raw lands through investments and developments.
